DISTRIBUTION
|
This species is globally distributed in the Tropics. Within India, it is commonly found in the dry grass-lands, waste places, and open forests in the sub-Himalayan tract from Kashmir to West Bengal and Assam, up to an altitude of 1800 metres, and all over the plains of India.
